I had brisket and pulled pork with beans and potato salad. Wife had nachos. Wife said it was good, but would have liked a bit more meat on it. My pork was really good, loved the smoke ring, could have used more spices on the bark. Brisket was on the fatty side. Beans, I didn't care for...something was just off. Potato salad was pretty good. If I lived in the area, I'd probably go back and narrow down my choices. Almost forgot about the sauces. Loved the spicy one...others were decent.October 04, 2016
